Annual Performance
During the year, the Company demonstrated steady growth across financial, governance, and sustainability dimensions. Net profit after tax reached NT$2.165 billion, representing an increase of 45.2% compared with 2023, reflecting improved operational efficiency and the gradual realization of market expansion results, and laying a solid foundation for continued investment in innovation and sustainability.
At the same time, the Company maintained its commitment to integrity governance, recording zero corruption incidents for the year, demonstrating sound internal control mechanisms and effective risk management, and successfully fostering a transparent and responsible corporate culture. In terms of ethical management, 15,902 participations were engaged in integrity management training, strengthening employees’ awareness of legal compliance, ethics, and professional conduct, and embedding integrity as a core value of daily operations. In response to increasingly severe information security threats, the Company also successfully passed ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification, indicating that its information protection processes meet international standards and effectively safeguard the data security of customers and partners.
Overall, these achievements demonstrate the Company’s comprehensive progress in financial performance, integrity governance, gender diversity, and information security, laying a more solid foundation for sustainable development.

Whistleblower Reporting Procedures
To mitigate the impact of any violations of ethical management and professional conduct, employees at all Sunon locations may report concerns through the internal whistleblower reporting procedures. Suppliers and other stakeholders may report any illegal or unethical conduct through external reporting and complaint channels.
TReports may be submitted through reporting mailboxes or hotlines established on the Company’s internal and external websites. The Human Resources Department is responsible for receiving reports and conducting investigations into the reported matters and related evidence. If the reported matter involves directors or managerial officers, it shall be reported to the independent directors. Any confirmed illegal acts, ethical violations, or improper conduct of a serious nature shall result in dismissal, in order to uphold Sunon’s culture of integrity and ethical business operations.
In addition to reviewing violation cases, proposing improvement measures, and strengthening management processes and internal control procedures, the Internal Audit Office analyzes the risk categories of violation cases (such as corruption, unfair competition, and regulatory violations). If a violation is adjudicated by the relevant authority and results in a fine exceeding NTD 1 million in accordance with Taiwan Stock Exchange regulations, it is deemed a material risk or violation.
In 2025, the Company did not experience any incidents involving violations of ethical management or competitive conduct.
