Annual Performance

During the year, the Company demonstrated steady growth across financial, governance, and sustainability dimensions. Net profit after tax reached NT$1.492 billion, representing an increase of 11.86% compared with 2023, reflecting improved operational efficiency and the gradual realization of market expansion results, and laying a solid foundation for continued investment in innovation and sustainability.

At the same time, the Company maintained its commitment to integrity governance, recording zero corruption incidents for the year, demonstrating sound internal control mechanisms and effective risk management, and successfully fostering a transparent and responsible corporate culture. In terms of ethical management, the Company invested a total of 6,440 hours in education and training, strengthening employees’ awareness of legal compliance, ethics, and professional conduct, and embedding integrity as a core value of daily operations. In addition, the Company continued to promote governance diversity, with female directors accounting for 22% of the Board, enhancing decision-making perspectives and demonstrating the Company’s proactive efforts in gender equality and diversity and inclusion. In response to increasingly severe information security threats, the Company also successfully passed ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification, indicating that its information protection processes meet international standards and effectively safeguard the data security of customers and partners.

Overall, these achievements demonstrate the Company’s comprehensive progress in financial performance, integrity governance, gender diversity, and information security, laying a more solid foundation for sustainable development.

President

Responsible for overseeing the execution of company operations, formulating business strategy objectives, and directing and managing subordinates to achieve those objectives.
 

President's Office

Assists the President in executing business operations, plans mid-term to long-term corporate strategic objectives, and evaluates and enhances the performance of executing departments. Also responsible for the management, guidance, and auditing of invested enterprises to strengthen overall operational synergies among affiliated companies, as well as managing legal affairs and intellectual property matters.
 

Global Strategic Business Unit

Responsible for technical support and product development for strategic application fields and strategic customers. Follows up on customer project requirements and provides customer solutions. Also manages global marketing channels and strategic customers, formulates product and marketing strategies to expand markets, maintain customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction, and oversees overseas sales subsidiaries.
 

Global Production Unit

Responsible for the production and manufacturing of cooling fans and motor products, as well as comprehensive quality activities, providing customers with high-quality and timely products. Oversees Kunshan Factory, Beihai Sunon Factory, Beihai Lizhun Factory, Philippines Factory, and Kaohsiung Yuntong Factory; and to carry out the research, development, and design of various production automation equipment and tools to enhance overall production efficiency.
 

Quality Strategy Center

Appointment and role definition of the Management Representative and Deputy Management Representative for Quality, Hazardous Substances, and EHS systems; planning, formulation, revision, and review of Quality, Hazardous Substances, and EHS management systems; establishment of annual management policies, communication of objectives, and promotion of target initiatives; periodic audits of the effectiveness of system implementation and follow-up tracking of corrective action effectiveness; regular management performance reviews of management activities and follow-up tracking of corrective action effectiveness; supervision of the effectiveness of customer complaint handling, including support for risk prevention and recurrence prevention management.
 

Operations Management Division

Responsible for formulating KPIs for all group departments and conducting evaluations and improvement tracking, as well as coordinating, improving, and managing system processes and developing management system tools.
 

Strategic Procurement Division

Responsible for supplier development for centrally procured materials and procurement price control, and for promoting and implementing qualified supplier systems and preferred supplier systems.
 

Global Human Resources Division

Responsible for human resource development of the parent company and all global subsidiaries, as well as administrative and general affairs of the parent company, with the objective of enhancing employee satisfaction.
 

Finance Division

Responsible for recording the Company’s operating activities, preparing financial and management reports, providing data analysis and improvement recommendations for management decision-making, and controlling budget achievement.
 

IT and AI Manufacturing Division

Responsible for establishing enterprise information systems and maintaining the stability, timeliness, confidentiality, and security of systems and information communications; and to integrate enterprise information technology with factory manufacturing processes in order to enhance production efficiency, quality, and the level of automation. Core functions include manufacturing system integration, equipment automation and monitoring, process data analysis and optimization, and the promotion and implementation of Smart Factory–related technologies.
 

Automotive Operation Center

Specializing in the development and supply of automotive-grade thermal management solutions to ensure efficient and stable operation. Through the integration of R&D, manufacturing, and customer service, we aim to lead the automotive electronics thermal management field.
 

Thermal Solution Business Center

Specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of thermal modules and liquid-cooling active and passive components to provide high-performance thermal management solutions that improve system stability and performance.
 

Cloud Business Center
