In the areas of environmental protection and occupational safety, all production sites in Taiwan and worldwide have obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. This indicates that the Company has established a comprehensive EHS management framework, continuously improving process efficiency, reducing environmental impacts, and ensuring that all employees work in a safe and healthy environment. Consistent implementation across the global supply chain and manufacturing sites further demonstrates the Company’s commitment to unified management in its international operations.
At the same time, the Company has long invested in social welfare. Occupational safety and health education, training, and communication are an important foundation for strengthening safety culture. All Company employees are required to receive general in-service occupational safety and health training every year, and new employees are also required to complete general occupational safety and health courses upon onboarding so that they fully understand the Company's safety requirements, management systems, and their own rights and obligations.
The Company plans multi-dimensional professional training courses for different scenarios to enhance employees' ability to identify potential hazards and respond appropriately. For positions involving higher risk, advanced professional training and on-site drills are additionally arranged to strengthen practical operating skills and emergency response capabilities.
Education and training are delivered through various formats, including in-person classes, online learning, external professional training, and scenario-based drills. Multilingual learning materials are also provided as needed to help employees of different nationalities understand the content. After each course, learning effectiveness is evaluated through tests and questionnaires, which serve as the basis for rolling revisions and optimization of training content to ensure training quality and practical effectiveness.
In addition, contractors and other external workers are required to complete safety and health education and hazard notification before entering the plant, and they receive necessary safety supervision and reminders during operations to ensure that all personnel entering the workplace possess basic safety knowledge and risk awareness, thereby jointly preventing occupational accidents.
In 2025, a total of 53,165 participations completed occupational safety and health education and training, with total training hours reaching 282,198 hours. We will continue to deepen safety awareness among all employees and foster a safety-first corporate culture through systematic and diversified education and training mechanisms.

Occupational Safety and Health Management Strategies and ObjectivesUpholding the principle of "Safety First, Health as a Priority," the Company maintained both the frequency rate of disabling injuries (FR) and the number of occupational disease cases at 0 in 2025, successfully achieving its annual occupational safety and health management objectives and fully demonstrating the effectiveness of risk control and employee health protection. Looking ahead, we will continue to follow our environmental, safety, and health management policy and, through hazard identification, risk assessment, and the participation of all employees, consolidate and maintain the safety performance of "zero accidents and zero occupational diseases," while creating a safe, healthy, and comfortable working environment.

Supplier Occupational Safety and Health Audits
In addition to requiring all major operating sites within the Company to strictly comply with local occupational safety and health regulations, Sunon also requires suppliers to follow the Company's Supplier Code of Conduct, which explicitly sets out occupational safety and health requirements. Each year, the Company continues to conduct occupational safety and health audits of key suppliers to confirm whether any non-compliance exists and to investigate the number of occupational injuries and occupational disease cases occurring during the year, thereby assessing deficiencies in suppliers' occupational safety and health management. For non-major deficiencies, the Company proposes improvement items and recommended measures and grants suppliers a one-month improvement period, after which a re-audit is conducted to ensure that workplace risks have been effectively controlled. All suppliers successfully passed the Company's occupational safety and health audits during the reporting year.
